It’s truly amazing when a vendor looks beyond their category to the big picture – and Bissell is that kind of company.
Sales are great, and floor care is a growing category, but what we really love about Bissell is the desire to connect with customers and make their lives easier – which ties in perfectly with our London Drug’s brand framework.
Last year we partnered with Bissell on a unique and successful promotion. On top of offering a good price on their products – the Cathy Bissell Pet Foundation made a $20 donation to the local SPCA with every purchase.
This year we ran the same great promotion – but we took it to the next level. We brought in AVoice4Paws canine rescue society, and ran an adoption event one Saturday outside our North Vancouver store. It ended up being A Voice4Paws most successful adoption day event ever – and we generated some great social media. Best of all, it really connected London Drugs and Bissell with the community in a truly magical way.
