After last year’s Partnership Presentation, the CEO of Carlton Cards talked to us about taking full advantage of our loyalty program – and together we embarked on a year-long adventure with a special Carlton greeting card promotion every month.
To do this, we targeted a certain type of consumer within every promotion. We also targeted specific geographical areas. But what really powered the success of this partnership was the valuable data generated from the LD Extras program.
Carlton Cards worked closely with our General Merchandise Manager and our Marketing team to develop the promotions and use LD Extras data wherever they could to drive the business.
